Minusta

I’ve always been in a generalist, wanting to understand broader areas, working in different departments (sales, branding, marketing, category management and customer service), with different roles and different development projects. My last position was in a LT as CBO (Chief Business Officer), with international responsibility for B2B and B2C sales.

As an entrepreneur, I have the possibility to work with people from all continents, people on different levels of the company, companies in various industries, the public and the 3rd sectors, supporting through different services and topics.

You could see me as a bridge between the harder facts of business (goals, strategy, sales, profitability, efficiency, etc.) and the softer values of people making this happen. Having the passion for supporting in topics related to leadership, teamwork, psychological safety and motivation.
